5   Maximum coil weight: Φ508/Φ1200mm;
6   Maximum rolling force: P≤12000 KN
7   Maximum rolling speed: V≤250 m/min;

1 Main machine: Φ160/Φ750×850 four-high reversible cold rolling mill
Transmission way: supporting roll

2 Screw down: hydraulic AGC
Hydraulic screwdown, servo oil cylinder, automatic gage control (AGC) with hydraulic power pack
Screwdown platform (exhaust hood pipeline and fan equipped by user)
With maintenance screwdown platform and hoardings around it

3   Rack:
a. Two closed gates, column section: 450×580, material: ZG35
b. Overall processing window, manual shovel, with window sliding plate
c. Rail support: cast steel ground rail
d. Axial position pressing plate of roll system;

4. Roll system:
a. Diameter of working roll × width of roll surface: Φ160×870 mm, material 9Cr2Mo,  
Bearing: needle roller
b. Diameter of backup roll × width of roll surface: Φ750×850 mm, material 9Cr2Mo,  
Bearing: FCD88124450
c. Bearing lubrication mode: air-oil lubrication
d. Balance mode of supporting roll: hydraulic balance
e. Roll changing mode: hydraulic roll changing (with guide rail)

5. Main transmission part:
a. Mode of main motor: Z500-4A, power P=630Kw, revolving speed v=474/1100 r/min, 440V, and parallel input
b. Main reducer: use compound gear box
c. Type of transmission shaft: metallurgical cross-joint universal shaft SWC390 with bracket
d. Equipment base: spilt two parts

6. Left and right process platform:
Install the roller guide, hydraulic oil squeezing device and speed determining roller and reserve the position for thickness gauge (thickness gauge equipped by user)

7. Front and rear reeling machine: model: solid
Drum specification: Ф500×850mm
Motor: Z500-4A  N=710KW  n=544/1250r/min 440V
Reducer: ZLY500
Be equipped with hydraulic clutch and drum positioning device on the left and right; the support is wholly welded separated track; drum positioning device is hydraulic lever type and has compact structure; slipper of hydraulic gear clutch is double bond type and uses 40Cr thermal refining.

8. Hydraulic station: a general hydraulic station and an AGC high-pressure station
General hydraulic station: equipped with cooler, heater, energy accumulator, node pressure gage, load shedding mechanism, overflow valve, triple filtration and liquid level display, and function of sectional control of system pressure.
Working pressure of system: 0-10Mpa
Bending roll hydraulic station uses the imported proportional valve control, manual control and pressure display
Proportional valve is Atos product
Working pressure: 0-16Mpa
AGC hydraulic station: use the imported electro-hydraulic servo valve, oil tank and pipeline is made of stainless steel
The system consists of pumping source, oil tank, cooler, filter, energy accumulator, heater, valve group, displacement sensor, pressure sensor, AGC software, AGC computer control cabinet, etc.
Oil tank is made of stainless steel and the system pressure is 31.5MPa and working pressure is 21-25MPa
Filtration accuracy of system: 3υ, servo valve: Product of Nanjing 609 Institution

9. Lubrication oil station
For lubrication and cooling of reduction gearbox, gear box and winding machine of main machine

10. Procession lubrication station (equipped by user)
For lubrication and cooling of roll surface of main machine

11. Parameters of hydraulic screwdown AGC

Design proposal for 1200T reversible rolling mill

(I) 1200T AGC reversible hydraulic system 
Oil cylinder is upper screwdown, equipped with a set of hydraulic AGC servo system control (a high-pressure system includes two rack servo valve stands).

(II) Performance and technical parameters of hydraulic AGC servo oil cylinder
Technical parameters of servo oil cylinder: specification φ630×φ520×50mm
1. Working pressure of oil cylinder is 17Mpa and the maximum rolling force of two oil cylinders is 1036T (the back pressure has been deducted at 1.2 Mpa).
2. Working pressure of oil cylinder is 18Mpa and the maximum rolling force of two oil cylinders is 1098T (the back pressure has been deducted at 1.2 Mpa).
3. Working pressure of oil cylinder is 19Mpa and the maximum rolling force of two oil cylinders is 1160T (the back pressure has been deducted at 1.2 Mpa).
4. Working pressure of oil cylinder is 20Mpa and the maximum rolling force of two oil cylinders is 1223T (the back pressure has been deducted at 1.2 Mpa).
5. Allowable maximum working pressure of servo oil cylinder is 21MPa.

(III) Configuration and technical parameters of hydraulic AGC high-pressure servo system
1. High-voltage motor uses 22KW-4/B35 type and oil pump uses two 40PCY/14-1B units (one for operation and one for standby).
2. High-voltage circulating back-pressure pumping set 3KW-6/B35 and oil pump YB140/25 are used for Hydraulic oil circulation cooling of hydraulic oil and back pressure of servo oil cylinder.
3. High-pressure pump uses constant pressure variable displacement piston pump with rated pressure of 31.5Mpa; circulating back-pressure pump uses Yinchuan double vane pump with rated pressure of 6.3Mpa.
